Santa Online and Santas' Gift Shop provides products and services to you under the following conditions. Please read them thoroughly in order to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding later.

Product descriptions:
Santa Online attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing individual products and services. Quite often some images may be distorted according to the browser you are using but clicking on enlarge image will present you with an undistorted view. Colours may vary again due to different browsers but are generally as quoted in the description where applicable.
Modifications and Serverability:
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, Pricing, Conditions of use and our Privacy Policy at any time. If any of these Conditions be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that Condition will be deemed Severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceablility of any remaining condition.
Liability and Indemnity:
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Santas Gift Shop harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against Santas Gift Shop, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any product or service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it’s agents, employees or assigns.
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Santas Gift Shop against liabilities arising out of:
Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed by Santas Gift Shop.
Santas Gift Shop shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.
Specific to Letters from Santa:
Santa Online does not accept responsibility for letters sent by regular/normal mail being lost in the post. There are letter options to include Registered Post mailed from within Australia requiring a signature at destination. Registered mail includes insurance and guarantees a full refund should the letter not reach it's destination.
It is the Buyers’ responsibility to ensure that the contact details for the Child are correct as we only use the information the Buyer supplies to complete the Letter from Santa.
For letters from the North Pole PO we can only guarantee that your Childs’ Letter from Santa will reach the US Post Office in North Pole Alaska duly stamped with the correct postage fee and addressed according to the information supplied by the Buyer within a time frame to normally effect delivery by Christmas Eve.
The cut-off date for orders for a Letter from Santa for pre Christmas delivery and bearing the North Pole postmark is November 29th 2004. Orders will still be accepted after that date until December 15th absolute deadline but these Letters from Santa will be mailed from Australia. The preceding does not apply to Post Christmas Letter from Santa Orders. [see below]
Orders for a Post Christmas Letter from Santa will be taken up until December 15th. each year and will carry the North Pole postmark. Post Christmas letter orders mailed from Australia are taken up until January 15th.
While we strictly adhere to cut-off dates we do not accept responsibility for your Letter from Santa failing delivery prior to the expected date. Ie. Christmas Eve for Letter from Santa orders or January 31st for Post Christmas Letters from Santa.
