Santas' Gift Shop despatches all products across the nation via Australia Post Regular Parcel Post unless you add Registered Mail to your order as a seperate item.
As you shop and add items, excluding Gift Certificates and letters from Santa, to your Shopping Cart our program totals the weight of each item and at checkout displays the number of cartons, total weight and postage fee applicable.
Registered Mail assures a refund should the consignment not arrive.:
To guarantee a full refund should your consignment not reach its destination we recommend that you include Registered Post available from our menu under 'Upgrade postage'. If you choose this option ensure that you add it once for every carton indicated in the Shopping Cart summary after clicking the 'Estimate Shipping' button.
Letters from Santa have various mailing methods as an individual product.
When do we ship?
Provided you have ordered 'in stock' items we will ship your consignment within 36 hours of receipt of payment during business hours Monday to Friday. This does not apply to Letters from Santa covered in other sections of this site.
Return Policy [excludes the letters]
We realize that it's somewhat daunting to purchase over the internet based on images and description and for that reason we offer our 7 day money-back guarantee. If the product you received is not as decribed simply place it back into the same packaging when received and return to us via registered mail to PO Box 605 Glen Innes NSW 2370 along with a letter giving your reasons for return. The 7 days commence from the date you received the consignment. A 20% restocking fee will apply should the product be damaged upon receipt due to improper packaging so please take care when returning items. Refunds will be credited to your account within 15 days of return and approval.
